Land record data and images are now available online.  Commercial users can access the online portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Details and subscription rates are listed below.

Index data is available from 1980 - Present
Images are available from 1980 - Present  

Update Frequency
Records are updated every 30 minutes.

Book & Page / File #
Instrument Number
Daily Notebook

Subscription Rate
Unlimited Monthly Access for up to 5 simultaneous commercial users for $40.00 per month.  
The card saved to the account will be auto charged each month on the day of sign up.

VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

How To Activate Your Account
You may activate your account online by using the Online Application or you may call 1-866-658-0865.
To cancel your account at any time, click on Deactivate Account once logged in.  This will end auto charging and will allow access until your due date.
